In this project, I've taken my interests in biology and science fiction and applied them to an exploration of new areas of science, especially genetics, where what is known is being rapidly eroded by what is unknown. Using a combination of collage and darkroom-based photographic practices to create pieces, I am interested in the slippage between constructed knowledge and its subject, which never holds still.
