New Features

Steve is back and we are ready to start our next round of site developement. Some suggestions include:

1. Home page: create a script that posts a short list of the current events from the calendar. (Larsen)

2. Home page: create a grid of images drawn from members bio photos, so visitors have another way into the artists portfolios.

3. Groups: add to the architecture a place for groups to be formed, joined and browsed.

4. MyNeoImages: a label for last update on MyNeoImages Home. (Pendegrast)

5. MyNeoImages Artwork Collection Tally: similar to artwork hits - this is a label that tallies how many collections the artwork has been added to.

6. Visitor, Collector, Curator Portfolios: more infrastructure and features including a shortlist on the home page of updated collections. (Larsen)

7. Galleries: Create the basic infrastructure for galleries to join.

8. MyNeoImages: Blogs. Add a feature similar to Statement, where you can keep a blog or drop a widget in from your blogger account (which will automatically post on NeoImages, when you update your blogger, etc.) (Larsen)

9. Stats: a way to track how many hits to my main portfolio page - the one with the thumbnails. (Betty Tompkins)

10. Show/Hide - be able to hide whole portfolios (Pendegrast)

11.Search - include the ability to search by style.

12. Search - include the ability to search by Tags - keywords poulated from titles, mediums & notes.

13. Search - ability to search resumes.
