In my work I aim to merge geometric assemblages and figure groups into a reflective mosaic. Seeking for the eye to move through each picture in a musical manner, the goal is for the colors and forms to vibrate at a synaesthetic meridian.
I use historic pigments such as genuine vermillion, lead-tin yellow, realgar, smalt and malachite on grounds thick with lead-white and pulverized mica to gain an optimum refractive surface.
